Transaction: Shamrock initially invested $30 million in equity to fund acquisitions. Shamrock provided additional capital for debt and equity over the life of the investment to fund continued growth.
Status: In 2000, Latin Communications Group was sold to Entravision Communications in a transaction yielding Shamrock $120 million on its $59 million total investment.
