This project is effectively Phase II of the Hampton Studios project in Venice. It was financed with a land loan from Genesis secured by a First Trust Deed. Upon funding of a construction loan, Genesis converted to a participating loan secured by a Second Trust Deed. The developer will build 35 loft-style townhouses for artists and ancillary retail uses. Texas Beverly Lofts were sold in December 2004.
