Genesis has formed a joint venture with Paladin Partners to develop a 2.1 acre parcel of land near the intersection of Oceanside Boulevard and Crouch Street in the City of Oceanside, CA. The site is currently zoned Limited Commercial which provides for a wide variety of uses including office, medical, and retail. The proposed commercial project will include 25,000 square feet of office/medical/retail space, in four buildings, and related parking facilities. During the pre-construction phase, the partnership also intends to concurrently pursue a re-zoning of the property to General Commercial which will permit the development of a 42,100 square foot mixed-use project consisting of 16 residential units totaling 28,500 square feet, 13,600 square feet of office/medical/retail space and related parking facilities. |
