South Bay Pavilion is a traditional enclosed single-story regional mall currently anchored by Sears, IKEA and JC Penney.  The mall will be repositioned by relocating existing tenants, demolishing approximately 135,000 square feet of in-line retail space and replacing it with a new 142,000 square foot Target "Greatland" retail store.  The mall interior and exterior will be refurbished by adding additional new retail space on the mall's former "blank" facade, develop outlying pad sites to accommodate tenants, and construct additional exterior retail stores located around the new perimeter of the mall.   The developer has identified several name brand tenants who are actively looking for an opportunity to be a part of this revitalized regional mall.
