KOAR Wilshire/Western, LLC is the developer of this planned 22-story mixed-use facility that will include 186 residential condominium units, 40,000 square feet of retail space and 697 parking spaces on a 2.4 acre site. This project is immediately adjacent to the Metropolitan Transit Authority's Red Line subway station at the intersection of Wilshire Boulevard and Western Avenue in the Koreatown section of Los Angeles, and will be one of the largest transit oriented developments in Los Angeles. The Genesis mezzanine loan will provide the developer with funds for site acquisition and predevelopment expenditures. |
