  Company Description: The Ellara Group, (formerly AMT ) including its subsidiary AHT (Advanced Heating Technologies Ltd.) and ACS (Advanced Coding Systems Ltd.) was established in 1993 in order to specialize in new technologies and applications in radiant and water heating, based on three revolutionary and proprietary technological advances: 1) amorphous metal ribbons,2) amorphous powder, and 3) glass coated amorphous micro wires. Among AHT’s developments is the patented thin Amorphous Metallic Alloy Ribbon Heating Element which can be used for Indoor as well as Outdoor Heating applications. ACS has been established in order to apply the Amorphous Based Micro Wire Technology in the coding and temperature sensing industries, primarily in the aeronautics, automotive and food industries. SIGF's investment was used primarily to fund needed expansion in sales and marketing efforts.
  Transaction: Shamrock has invested in Ellara via a structured transaction which includes warrants.
